Hello We have one workplace available in our shared studio (38 m2) in Neukölln. To be shared with a videographer and a visual artist. Most suitable for desk work and small scale drawing / painting (no oil paint please). The studio is part of a 135 m2 section of an office building and has 4 studios in total + a shared kitchen and bathroom. It’s a very bright space with high ceilings. Its pleasant vibe is perfect for concentrated working. In the hallway we have a shared storage. Location: Mierstraße, Neukölln. Between S-Sonnenallee and S-Neukölln. Böhmischen Platz 5 walking minutes, Richardplatz 8 walking minutes. The Studio is available immediately or as desired starting from mid May / beginning of June. The price is 240 Euros all included.
